Welcome to the UHN Learner Registration System

Please sign-in to your existing account or create a new account, in order to begin your registration at any of the following UHN sites:
  • Toronto General Hospital
  • Toronto Western Hospital
  • Princess Margaret Cancer Centre
  • Toronto Rehabilitation Institute
  • West Park Health Centre
You must already be registered at your university or college before completing your registration for your hospital-based placement on UMLearns.

Announcements:

Beginning October 6, 2025, learners completing academic placements at West Park will be able to register using UMLearns, UHN’s centralized learner registration system.

If you are affiliated with UHN or West Park and already have a TID, you may use your existing credentials to log in and complete your registration on UMLearns. No additional account setup is required.
